Can my partner kick me out?

Everything is set up with Pluto in a way that means that there shouldn't be a reason for your investment partner to want to kick you out.

Even so, they are contractually obliged to let you live in that property for as long as you like.

The only causes for this contract to break are:

1) If you choose to pay the property in full
2) If you fail to pay 3 months of rent over the course of your tenancy (not consecutive).
