What are your eligibility criteria?

We require all applicants to prove their income and make sure that the rent on the property does not exceed 36% of your monthly household income.

This is to ensure that we know you have enough income left to be able to purchase more of the property, enjoy your life and have room for unforeseen expenses.

The last thing we want is to put you in a situation that is outside of your means.
