Can you pull out of the process?

We don't want anybody ending up in a situation they are not comfortable with, therefore if you no longer feel comfortable with buying a property with Pluto you can drop out of the process during the exploration phase. You will however lose the matching fee that we charge you for connecting you with a partner.

Once you get to the engagement phase, if an offer is accepted you cannot drop out of the process and you will be contractually obliged to rent the property for a minimum of three years.

If the offer falls through you can notify us that you no longer wish to purchase a property via Pluto.
