Who values the property?

The initial valuation of the property is dictated by the market. By this, we mean that when the property is purchased it is up to the buyer (the aspiring home owner and their investment partner) and the seller to agree on a price. As the buyers, you will need to agree what the maximum price you are willing to pay for a property is.

Once the house is purchased, Pluto will revalue the property every 12 months. We do so in order to recalculate the rent and the price at which further equity can be bought in the property.
