How often can I buy more of the property?

This is totally up to the tenant! They can choose to do so monthly, occasionally or both.

If you choose to increase your ownership monthly and you have a bad month, you can skip it and pay the next month. This is totally flexible.

The property price is fixed for a year, so assuming the property price goes up it is advisable to pay earlier rather than later.
