Can I dispute the property valuation?

If you do not agree with the updated valuation you can dispute it. Both parties can dispute the valuation.

Once the property value is disputed, both parties can select an independent third party to recalculate the rent. The new valuation will be the average of our valuation and the two new ones.

It is the responsibility of the party that disputes the valuation to pay for both the independent parties that revalue the property.
